At the top of the year, I had set goals, and then each month I work towards those goals, so it makes sense to reflect at the end of the month. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">This month, I\u2019m really proud of what I\u2019ve been able to do. I signed three large deals that enabled me to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogabycandace.com\/blog\/2021\/1\/8\/upgrading-my-filming-equipment\">upgrade my filming equipment<\/a> and expand the equipment for my studio and home gym. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">I also got a new personal training client whom I adore, and I feel really good with my roster of clients. I think if I had <em>one<\/em> more person I would probably stop taking people on, because I really do feel like I have just the right amount of in person clients to balance out all the computer work I need to do. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">I made a commitment to myself at the top of the year to do one thing each week to have fun, so I\u2019ve been taking extra dance classes, which has been so fun because I <em>finally<\/em> feel like I\u2019m making progress. I\u2019m picking up choreography faster than I ever have before. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">I also started working out with more intention, as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yogabycandace.com\/workout-programs\/workout-program\">YBC\u00ae Intention Factor\u2122 Fitness Program<\/a> and I am finally seeing some results from my consistent efforts, so that always feels good. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\">I\u2019m still struggling with the cold and the darkness of New England winters, but just trying to stay as positive as I can. Overall, I feel really good and am looking forward to chipping away at my goals in February. I\u2019ve already taken down the custom personal training programs so I can fully focus on my next few ideas: creating a new Business and Marketing Program with all the new information I\u2019ve learned, creating a Pregnancy Fitness Program and Postpartum Fitness Program, and working on the details for a Business Mentorship Program.
